This website, dpsupplement.com, is operated by DP Supplement ("DP", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service apply whenever you visit our website or buy from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Our products and your health

Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Always follow the directions and warnings on the label, and do not exceed the recommended serving. Read the full ingredient list before use if you have allergies. We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors and details in photos may look slightly different on your screen. Some videos on this website were created with artificial intelligence around our real product labels to illustrate the products; the product you receive is the one described on its product page and label.

4. Prices, availability and errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description because of an error, we may cancel orders for that product, even after you receive an order confirmation. If we have already charged you, we will refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or resale, or if the product is unavailable. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and contact information.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discounts, including the Performance Stack savings, apply only as described on the website and at checkout. Unless we say otherwise, promotions can't be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the carrier; we will still help you with lost or damaged packages as those policies describe.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

9. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or ideas, you give us permission to use, copy and publish them in connection with our business, without payment to you.
